A good follow up letter hypnotizes the reader and leads them to your desired result.

This is what I LOVE to do… follow up, keep in touch, and be there when the buyer is ready to buy.

It sounds so easy!

It is easy, if you know what to say, how to say it, and when to say it.

This Monday, May 10, I’m teaching my first ever Tomato University Class:
“Show Me Your Back End – Autoresponder Messages That Sell More Homes,”
and I’d like you  to to come.

I’d like you to come for 4 reasons:

  1. This is important information that will help your business (even if you
don’t use an autoresponder, so will still learn to write Killer emails that
    get results)
  2. Support Tomato University.  Jim Cronin and his staff have worked
their back ends off to bring us Virtual Real Estate BarCamp, and I’d like
them to succeed with their new venture.
  3. I love teaching and helping people grow their business.
  4. All attendees get my Killer email swipe files that they can copy and use
    for their own business.

(OK… Full Disclosure, Reason #5: I do get a few shekels for teaching this class… so buy me lunch, and I’ll teach you how to be a great marketer!)

It’s real easy to register now for Show Me Your Back End – Autoresponder Messages That Sell More Homes.

Oh, and can I ask you one more small favor. Please promote my class on twitterusing #SMYBE and also on facebook and I’ll send you a free digital copy of my Big Bad Home Sale book.  Just email me a link to your promo at [email protected] and let me know where to send the book.
