Faced with extensive marketing budget cuts, Highland Homes reinvented themselves online. Their formula: Incorportate blogging, and optimize their social media presence.

The results:

  • A 26% increase in overall web traffic
  • A 53% increase in internet leads
  • An 13% increase in conversion – internet leads converted to contracts

Best of all, Highland Homes wrote an average of 62 contracts in the first two months after implementing the program versus their average of 35 contracts per month prior to the campaign.

All this while cutting their print advertising budget by 50%
