I see that you are using Infusionsoft in this case study. Even better, I see that you are training your clients to use it properly! I work at Infusionsoft and so I have the advantage of seeing this type of result on a daily basis, but it is really cool to hear about successes happening out there without my help! From a social media guy to another – I think you hit the nail on the head here. The more data one has on on their customers and prospects, the more equipped they are at making sound marketing decisions.
