    I just bought Gate Crasher Gold and once again with one of your products my login doesn’t work. I’ve tried 15 times to no avail. The email you say is your helpdesk? That link doesn’t work. I’ve had three messages re-delivered to me. The last time you finally got my problem taken care it took two days. Tonight, so far, I’ve wasted almost two hours trying to track you down. I’m getting tired of these problems with your products.
