There is a lot of functionality that can be had, particularly when it comes to doing research on the web, that is already built into Google and that few people take the time to study and learn. This of course opens a huge opportunity to finding information that you competition does not know is there.

For example, a company can do a review their own products from the Google Search Bar and find everything that people have said about it on Twitter. Or on their competitions products. And this isn't just limited to your “friends” but to every Tweet that has ever been indexed.

You can then use Google's advance search techniques to further slide and dice these results, in a way that can yield information that is a lot more valuable, I think, than just thinking of SEO.
